computational chemistry to design and synthesize novel small molecules
that lead to drug candidates. Our crucial capability is to, after analyzing
databases of existing commercial drugs and clinical candidates, create
innovative chemical fragments and scaffolds that may contribute better
solubility, pharmacodynamics, pharcokinetics and toxicology profiles. Our
quick lead optimizations are conducted on the bases of both regular in vitro
and in vivo assays, which usually allows us to skip many insufficient in vitro
murine assays in order to expedite the selection of the most promising
preclinical candidates and clinical candidates.
Our patent filing is very active in order to protect our intellectual properties
